Cedar Circle Consulting is led by Nievelina Carmona, an Indigenous woman with lived experience of both harm and healing in workplaces. After years of working inside systems that often left people feeling unsafe and unheard, Nievelina chose to do HR differently.

Cedar Circle is a space for work that is grounded in culture, care, and relationship. We support organizations to look honestly at what is happening, honour the wisdom that already exists, and move toward ways of working that are safer, more truthful, and more aligned with community priorities.
